June 15, 2015POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 009-15TO:All Licensed Landbased and Seabased Agencies   SUBJECT:Certificate of Compliance on General Labor Standards/Certificate of Compliance on Occupational Safety and Health Standards All licensed landbased and seabased agencies shall be covered by the Labor Laws Compliance System as provided under DOLE Department Order No. 131, Series of 2013, otherwise known as Rules on Labor Laws Compliance System (LLCS). Thus, starting July 2015, all licensed agencies that are upgrading or renewing their licenses are directed to submit their Certificate of Compliance on General Labor Standards and Certificate of Compliance on Occupational Safety and Health Standards issued by the DOLE as part of the licensing requirements.For strict compliance.
