A. Contractors with No Inspection Findings or Pending CasesApplication for renewal of registration of contractors which has complied with the requirements under Section 21 of Department Order No. 174, Series of 2017 shall be acted upon by the concerned DOLE Regional Office in accordance with its existing process.B. Contractors with Inspection Findings or Pending Cases1. Application for renewal of registration of contractor with issued Compliance Order that has become final and executory shall be denied. Its application shall only be processed upon presentation of proof of compliance of findings therein or order of dismissal of the case.
