November 11, 2020LABOR ADVISORY NO. 030-20CLARIFICATORY GUIDELINES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 ADJUSTMENT MEASURES PROGRAM (CAMP) UNDER THE BAYANIHAN TO RECOVER AS ONE ACTIn the interest of service and in line with the issuance of Department Order (DO) No. 218, Series of 2020, this clarificatory guidelines is hereby issued:1. SSS Certification. To relax the documentary requirements for displaced and temporarily laid-off workers who shall submit their CAMP applications individually pursuant to Article VI Section 3 (b) (ii) (b) of said DO, this Department shall enter into a data sharing agreement with the Social Security System (SSS) to facilitate the cross-checking and verification of beneficiaries under the Small Business Wage Subsidy (SBWS) program and the SSS unemployment benefit. Hence, the submission of SSS Certification by individual applicants is hereby waived. HTcADC2. Coverage of Workers of Affected Establishments that Implemented FWAs/AWS. The spirit of the Bayanihan 2 law is to be inclusive in terms of coverage.
