Sumang and nine (9) others from the Order dated 09 August 2016 issued by DOLE-NCR Mediator-Arbiter Marion S. Sevilla, the dispositive portion of which reads:WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition seeking to nullify the expulsion of Roldan V. Clumia is hereby GRANTED. As such, petitioner's expulsion is INVALIDATED for lack of due process.
