The Order dated 10 January 2017 of DOLE NCR Mediator-Arbiter Joel P. Petaca is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE.Accordingly, the rank-and-file sales force employees assigned at Roosevelt, Quezon City shall be represented by CCBPISFU-PTGWO.SO RESOLVED.In its Motion for Reconsideration, Coca-Cola Sales Force Union-Meycauayan (CCSUM) argued that this Office committed error in granting the appeal on the ground that it violates the principle of res judicata.
