Petaca, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the bargaining unit of the regular rank-and-file sales employees assigned in Roosevelt Distribution Center must be continuously represented by respondent Coca-Cola Sales Force Union-Meycauayan (CSUM).SO ORDERED.The pertinent facts are as follows:Coca-Cola Bottlers Phil., Inc., Sales Force Union-Philippine Transport and General Workers Organization-TUCP (CCBPISFU-PTGWO, for brevity) is a legitimate labor organization with Certificate of Registration No. 1194-184-IP-1. It had a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Coca-Cola Bottlers Phil., Inc. (CCBPI, for brevity), now Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, Inc. (CCFPI, for brevity) that expired last 31 January 2014.
