DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 426-12
In the interest of the service and to assess and document the 2012 Physical and Financial Performance, and plan the program and activities for 2013 based on the recently approved 2013 General Appropriations Act (GAA), all Senior Officials and Heads of the Attached Agencies, Bureaus, Services, Regional Offices, and Philippine Overseas Labor Offices are instructed to spearhead the conduct of 2012 Performance Assessment and 2013 Corporate Planning Exercise on the following schedules:
Agency Level — December 2012
Cluster Level — Mid-December 2012 to January 18, 2013
DOLE-Wide — 30 January-01 February 2013
The activity aims to:
1. Assess the DOLE performance for 2012 vis-à-vis the following:
- 2012 Physical and Financial Plans;
- Secretary's Directives during the 2012 Corplan and MYPA;
- 2012 Office Performance Commitments and Review (OPCR);
- FY 2012 Cascading Performance Targets;
- Department Targets in Key Programs and Projects; and
- Philippine Labor and Employment Plan (PLEP) 2011-2016.
