August 14, 2000NLRC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 8-02-00TO:All Officials and Employees FROM:The Chairman SUBJECT:Consultative Group During the meeting which was presided over by the Chairman on August 11, 2000, with the officers of the NALAI, NLRCEA, ALAA, and the ASR, a consensus was arrived at to constitute the said officers as a consultative group. THIASEThe Chairman is in full accord with the consensus and is ready to meet with the group at least once a month or as frequently as needed upon the instance of the Chairman or upon request of the group.Henceforth, when the Chairman meets with the consultative group, the Commissioner, Executive Clerk, Deputy Executive Clerks and Division Chiefs are expected to attend. The subject matter of such consultative meetings shall be relevant to the well-being, welfare of the officers and staff of the NLRC, collectively or individually, as well as other matters pertaining to the management and operations of the NLRC, with the end in view of enhancing the working environment of the entire personnel and improving their efficiency.
