March 18, 2003DOLE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-03CREATING THE ILO CONVENTION 182 NATIONAL MONITORING TEAMTo effectively carry out Memorandum Order No. 71 issued by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on 02 September 2002, an ILO Convention 182 National Monitoring Team, or Team 182 for brevity, is hereby created to assist the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to take immediate and effective measures to ensure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor, through the Philippine Time-Bound Program and other initiatives under the National Program Against Child Labor.
