LTD., petitioner-appellant, vs. CROWN EQUIPMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION-ALU-TUCP, respondent-appellee.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal from the Order dated 25 July 2018 of DOLE Regional Office III Mediator-Arbiter Erwin C. Angeles, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition to Declare Null and Void the SEBA Certification of Crown Equipment Employees Association-ALU-TUCP (CEEA-ALU-TUCP) by Crown Equipment Singapore PTE. Ltd. is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.The Sole and Exclusive Bargaining Agent Certificate issued in favor of CEEA-ALU-TUCP on 28 March 2018 shall remain VALID and EXISTING.Accordingly, CEEA-ALU-TUCP shall continue to have the rights, privileges and obligations of a duly certified collective bargaining agent.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Crown Equipment Singapore PTE. Ltd.
