March 16, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 71-20DECLARATION OF BALIK-MANGGAGAWA WORKERS BOUND FOR MAINLAND CHINA EXCLUDING HUBEI PROVINCEConsistent with the Memorandum of the Office of the President on the Stringent Social Distancing Measures and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 and the recommendations of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) contained in IATF Resolution No. 11, Series of 2020 dated 12 March 2020, the public is hereby advised that Balik-Manggagawa Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be allowed to travel to mainland China, excluding Hubei Province, upon execution of a Declaration signifying their knowledge and understanding of the risks involved in the current health developments caused by the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) and provided further that the Balik-Manggagawa OFW is provided a health advisory guide upon departure.
