Villaluz, the dispositive portion of which states:"In the light of the foregoing premises, judgment is hereby rendered as follows:1. The local union officers headed by Erickson Rotoni under DLTB-PTGWO are affirmed as the duly elected officers in representation of the rank-and-file employees of DLTB;2.
