March 25, 1976DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 004-76Pursuant to the authority vested by law in the Secretary of Labor and in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1, implementing the Integrated Reorganization Plan of the Executive Branch of the National Government, as further amended by Presidential Decrees No. 224, 742, 773, 824 and 879, the regional offices of the Department of Labor are hereby reorganized with the following geographical divisions:(a) Region No. I comprises the provinces of Abra, Benguet Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Mountain Province and Pangasinan and the cities of Baguio, Laoag, Dagupan and San Carlos (Pangasinan) with the regional center at San Fernando, La Union.(b) Region No. II comprises the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Viscaya, Quirino, Ifugao, and Kalinga-Apayao with regional center at Tuguegarao, Cagayan. digest(c) Region No. III comprises the provinces of Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Zambales, Bulacan and Bataan and the cities of Angeles, Cabanatuan, Olongapo, Palayan and San Jose (Nueva Ecija) with the regional center at San Fernando, Pampanga.(d) Region No. IV comprises the cities of Manila, Quezon, Pasay,...
