September 1, 1977DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 006-77Pursuant to the powers vested in the Secretary of Labor under the Labor Code as amended and pertinent provisions of LOI No. 537 and Policy Instructions No. 22, the Bureau of Employment Services is hereby authorized to charge the following fees from licensed agencies, authority holders and registered construction companies to wit:1. A processing assistance fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per worker endorsed for processing by licensed agencies, authority holders and registered construction companies; cdphil2. The amount of US Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per worker processed by licensed agencies, authority holders and construction companies acting as legal representatives of foreign construction corporations as contribution to the Welfare Fund for Overseas Workers;3. The amount of P200.00 per worker for registered construction companies employing workers in their own overseas projects as contribution to the Welfare Fund for Overseas Workers and4. The amount of P200.00 per critical skill placed under Policy Instructions 22.Its is understood that these fees shall in no way be charged from the workers.For compliance.(SGD.)
