October 22, 1976DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 007-B-76To insure uniformity in the application and enforcement of certain provisions of Department Order No. 7, the following additional guidelines are hereby issued for the information and guidance of all concerned:1. As a requisite to the issuance of certification to designated recruiters by the public employment office, certified copy of the planters/haciendas migratory workers payroll for the last crop year shall be submitted to the nearest public employment office.2. Planters/haciendas through their duly authorized representatives shall be required to issue deposits to satisfy any deficiency in the payment of workers benefits as determined by duly designated employment service officers who shall check the payroll submitted. cdpr3. The Migratory Workers Committee, as provided for in Department Order No. 7, shall undertake the distribution of such aforementioned deposits to sacadas concerned.4. The monthly production record including corresponding earnings of PAKIAO PAID migratory workers for the current crop year shall be submitted to the Field Services Division in the Regional office.
