December 12, 2002DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 288-02DOLE JOB ENRICHMENT PROGRAMPursuant to Rule VIII of the Omnibus Rules issued by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Implementing Executive Order No. 292, entitled "Career and Personnel Development," a Job Enrichment Program (JEP) is hereby established to cover all officials and employees in the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), subject to the following guidelines: I. OBJECTIVESThe JEP aims to strengthen the DOLE's organizational capability by continuously developing and enhancing the potentials of its human resources. The JEP has the following objectives:1. To develop multi-skilling by setting-up a mechanism which gives employees opportunities to experience and learn other job functions and responsibilities within the DOLE;2. To prepare employees for higher responsibilities; and3. To increase the number of personnel in field offices.II. DEFINITION OF TERMS1. CROSS-POSTING involves the temporary swapping of incumbents of equivalent position levels under the regular plantilla of two offices based on Annex A of this Order.2. JOB ROTATION involves the temporary reassignment of one or more incumbents to equivalent or non-equivalent positions or levels between or...
