DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 196-05
To institutionalize and standardize the grant of rewards and incentives to our deserving employees, the attached DOLE PRAISE which was approved by the Civil Service Commission on May 16, 2005 is hereby issued for implementation in the Department effective immediately.

DOLE Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (DOLE Praise)
Pursuant to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Resolution No. 010112 and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2001, the DOLE hereby adopts a revised system on Rewards and Incentives entitled "DOLE Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (DOLE PRAISE)."
I. OBJECTIVES
The system aims to:
1. Identify outstanding accomplishments, best practices of DOLE employees, group of employees and offices on a continuing basis.
2. Provide awards and incentives to recognize, and reward exemplary performance, innovative ideas and ethical behavior of DOLE employees, group of employees and agencies.
3. Encourage creativity, innovativeness, efficiency, integrity and productivity at the DOLE workplace.
