May 28, 2015 DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 145-15 In the light of the Valenzuela City fire incident and pursuant to the Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (TIPC) Resolution No. 5, Series of 2015, supporting the Valenzuela TIPC initiatives on the Kentex fire incident and calling for an unannounced inspection of all establishments in Valenzuela City to ensure compliance with the requirements of building, occupancy, and business permits, DO18-A and occupational safety and health standards, Task Force Valenzuela (TFV) is hereby constituted in the DOLE National Capital Region consisting of the following:  I. DOLE-National Capital Region (DOLE-NCR) The Labor Law Compliance Officers (LLCOs), in such number as may be determined appropriate.
