March 18, 2013ECC REFERENDUM RESOLUTION NO. 13-03-07EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION COMMISSION CORPORATE OPERATING BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2013WHEREAS, this Commission duly discussed the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for Calendar year (CY) 2013 as proposed by the Secretariat in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS and FOURTEEN CENTAVOS (Php102,990,274.14) WHEREAS, from the proposed COB for CY 2013, the amount of NINETY-THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS and EIGHTY-SIX CENTAVOS (Php93,494,418.86) shall be charged to the State Insurance Fund (SIF), while the balance of NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS and TWENTY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (Php9,495,855.28) shall be charged to ECC retained earnings;WHEREAS, this Commission finds the proposed budget in order and necessary to implement the programs and activities of the Secretariat;ON MOTION DULY MADE AND SECONDEDThis Commission RESOLVES AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, approve the ECC Corporate Operating Budget for Calendar Year 2013 in the total amount of ONE HUNDRED TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS and FOURTEEN CENTAVOS (Php102,990,274.14),...
