July 8, 2020LABOR ADVISORY NO. 024-20ENGAGEMENT OF CHILDREN 15 TO BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE IN PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT OR INFORMATION DURING COMMUNITY QUARANTINEThis Advisory is being issued for the guidance of all concerned:SECTION 1. Coverage. — This Advisory shall apply to employers whose business is allowed to operate during community quarantine and will engage a child 15 to below 18 years of age in public entertainment or information.SECTION 2. Work Arrangement. — A child 15 to below 18 years of age may be engaged in public entertainment or information during community quarantine provided that his/her participation shall be done in his/her home under the supervision of adult family members. HTcADCRepresentative of the employer or production staff may be allowed to go to the child's home, when necessary, to assist the child in performing the assigned task. In such cases, the employer shall inform the DOLE Regional Office having jurisdiction over the workplace of the child of its intention to engage a child 15 to below 18 years of age and submit a plan on measures...
