April 26, 1983POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 003-A-83SUBJECT:Enjoining All Private Placement Agencies, Private Recruitment Entities and Manning Agencies to Participate in the Trainors Familiarization Program In line with the program, thrust of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration under Memo Circular No. 3 on the Compulsory Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar for all workers leaving for overseas employment and of the Central Bank's program under Executive Order No. 857 on Compulsory Foreign Exchange Remittances, the Central Bank of the Philippines and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration have jointly undertaken a Trainors Familiarization Seminar for all private placement agencies, private recruitment entities and manning agencies. The purpose of this Trainors Familiarization Program is to provide each agency or entity with the capability to conduct their own Pre-Departure Orientation Program. In view of this, all agencies and entities are hereby enjoined to send representatives or participants to the Trainors Familiarization Program being held at the Central Bank Institute, 18th Floor, High Rise Bldg., Manila.
