September 11, 1992POLICY INSTRUCTIONS NO. 55-92EXECUTION OF FINAL ORDERS OF REGIONAL TRIPARTITE WAGES AND PRODUCTIVITY BOARDSTO:All Concerned SUBJECT:Execution of Final Orders, Awards or Decisions of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards in Cases of Denied/Disapproved/Dismissed Applications for Exemption from Wage Orders To insure the effective implementation and execution of final orders, awards or decision of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards in cases of denied/disapproved/dismissed applications for exemption, the following instructions are hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.1. Enforcement of Final Orders/AwardsThe execution, implementation and enforcement of final orders, awards or decisions of the Regional Boards where monetary benefits are due the workers such as back wages, shall be the responsibility of the appropriate Regional Office of the Department of Labor and Employment. cdpr2.
