May 9, 1985GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 01-85WHEREAS, the Contracts Review Committee, Presidential Management Staff of the Office of the President evaluated and approval the procurement of a minicomputer for PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION (POEA) which will be taken from the Trust Funds. Wherefore, the following are hereby resolved:1. That a Letter of Credit be opened in the amount of US$60,895 with Insular Bank of Asia and America (IBAA) to cover the importation of one (1) lot FACOM V-850N Computer System.2. That ADMINISTRATOR PATRICIA A. STO. TOMAS and/or DEPUTY ADMINISTRATION MA. ALCESTIS A.
