May 6, 2019GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 04-19WHEREAS, on 09 April 2019, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) through the Acting Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Enrique A. Manalo, informed the DOLE Secretary that the DFA has declared Alert Level 3 in Tripoli and the surrounding areas within 100 kilometers of Tripoli due to the worsening security situation brought about by the heightened violent clashes between the armed forces of the Libyan National Army and the Government of National Accord in Libya. Alert Level 2 remains in all other areas of Libya.
