September 27, 2019GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 09-19WHEREAS,the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA),an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE),owns a parcel of land consisting of more or less 20,000 square meters with Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 004-RT2017004022 (310271) (PR-31924), registered with the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City. HTcADCWHEREAS, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), also an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), requested the Chairman of the POEA Governing Board and Concurrent Secretary of Labor and Employment Silvestre H. Bello III to allow the former to use a portion of the POEA land for the construction of its proposed office building as approved and funded in the 2019 General Appropriations Act (GAA).WHEREAS,the POEA Governing Board, in its Resolution No. 08, Series of 2019,resolved to grant the POEA Administrator, Bernard P.
