Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, Monday, 28 July 2014 at 12:00 NN.WHEREAS, this Commission finds the need to provide immediate financial assistance to EC pensioners in the private sector in the event that their areas are declared under the state of calamity by the NDRRMC; WHEREAS, the grant of three-month advance EC pension will provide a relief to pensioners affected by the calamity;WHEREAS, Article 177 (c) of P.D.
