CANSILAYAN, MURCIA, NEGROS OCCIDENTALPursuant to Section 10 (b) of Republic Act No. 6982 (or the Sugar Amelioration Act of 1991), Rule IX, Sections 4 & 5 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and Department Order No. 35-02 and upon the recommendation of the Sugar Tripartite Council (STC), the following guidelines on the management and utilization of Php162,480.00 from the DOLE-Socio-Economic Projects Fund (SEPF) for the emergency employment project for the sugar workers affected by the aforesaid displacements, are hereby issued for the guidance and observance of all concerned: 1. The Php162,480.00 fund shall specifically be utilized for the emergency employment project of Forty-Eight (48) sugar worker beneficiaries in Hda. Jovellanos, Brgy.
