January 31, 2017DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 025-17GUIDELINES ON THE RECEIPT AND UTILIZATION OF INCOME AND FEES DERIVED FROM RENTALS OF THE SUGAR WORKERS LIVELIHOOD CENTERS AND FACILITIESIn the interest of the service and pursuant to Section 6 of the General Provisions of FY 2005 General Appropriation Act (GAA), otherwise known as Republic Act No. 9336, the following guidelines on the receipt and utilization of income and fees derived from the use of the Sugar Workers Livelihood Centers (SWLCs) and its facilities, are hereby prescribed for the observance and guidelines of all concerned. I. Revolving Fund1.1 Income derived from rentals for the use of the SWLC building and facilities, or from fees imposed for board and lodging, shall constitute a revolving fund to be made available for the maintenance and other operating expenses or capital outlay requirements of said building and facilities.1.2 The revolving fund shall be separately recorded and deposited in an authorized government depository bank and considered self-perpetuating and self-liquidating.1.3 All expenditures for the use of the said building and facilities shall be charged...
