Guidelines on the Resumption of Conciliation of Complaints at the POEA Central Office

May 25, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 76-20In view of the lifting/downgrading of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), to General Community Quarantine in Metro Manila, conciliation of complaints at the POEA Central Office will resume on June 1, 2020. In this connection, the following guidelines will be observed: 1. Attendance to the Conciliation Conference should be confirmed upon receipt of the Notice to Conciliation sent through e-mail or SMS;2. Only parties and authorized representatives of agencies/companies/entities will be allowed to enter the POEA Building upon showing the Notice of Conference/SMS from the Conciliation Unit;3. No mask, no entry policy will be observed in compliance to minimum health protocols;4. Parties should be at the conciliation venue (Conciliation Unit, 2nd Floor) promptly, 15 minutes before the schedule of conference.
