January 8, 2015DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 026-15GUIDELINES ON THE USE OF THE LABOR GOVERNANCE LEARNING CENTER (LGLC) AT THE BLAS F. OPLE (BFO) HALL (FORMERLY DOLE EXECUTIVE BUILDING)In order to ensure efficient use, proper scheduling and maintenance of the Labor Governance Learning Center (LGLC), located at the second floor of the Blas F. Ople Hall (BFO Hall), the following Guidelines are hereby prescribed: A. Reservation1. The LGLC shall be composed of the following facilities: LGLC FacilityCapacityMain Function Room which can be sub-divided into three (3) smaller roomsMain Function Room: Up to 200 personsSub-Divided Rooms:• Learning Room 1: Up to 30 persons• Learning Room 2: Up to 30 persons• Learning Room 3: Up to 40 personsLearning Room 4 (with pantry)Up to 30 personsE-Learning FacilityUp to 25 persons 2. Amenities for users of the LGLC facilities are as follows:• Wifi-access• Drinking water• Use of telephone• Use of computers (subject to prior notification)• Use of audio-visual equipment (sound system, overhead projector, television sets) and white-boards3.
