May 4, 1983POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 013-83TO:All Recruitment Agencies, Shipping/Manning Agencies and Contracting Companies   SUBJECT:Implementation of PDOS In line with the POEA Memorandum Circular No. 3 on Compulsory Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar for all workers leaving for overseas employment, the PDOS Certificates of Attendance and Evaluation Forms issued to each participant by agencies/contractors, must be surrendered to the Labor Assistance Center (LAC) in MIA effective 01 May 1983. cdtThese documents will form part of the requirements to be checked by the LAC from each departing worker.Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.(SGD.)
