2012IMPLEMENTING ARRANGEMENT ON EPS-TOPIK COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT)ARTICLE 1. Purpose. —The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth duties and necessary matters in support and cooperation between the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (hereinafter referred to as HRD Korea) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (hereinafter referred to as POEA) for the smooth implementation of CBT administered by HRD Korea, pursuant to the Service Commitment Agreement of EPS-TOPIK between the HRD Korea and the POEA (hereinafter referred to as 'both parties'), under the EPS Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
