Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, Thursday, 21 June 2018 at 12:00 N.N.WHEREAS, on May 8, 2018, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte issued Executive Order (E.O.) No. 54 on "Increasing Employment Compensation in the Private Sector and Carer's Allowance in the Public Sector"; WHEREAS, Section 1 of E.O. No. 54 provides that:"Employees' Compensation (EC) Permanent Disability Pension in the Private Sector.
