June 22, 2016DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 157-16IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT 8759, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE ACT OF 1999, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10691These Implementing Rules and Regulations are hereby issued pursuant to the authority of the Secretary of Labor and Employment under Section 6 of Republic Act 10691. These rules are issued after consultation with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Leagues of Provinces and Cities, DOLE Regional Offices, Committee on Labor, Employment and Human Resource Development of the Senate, PESOMAP, Inc., the Tripartite Executive Committee (TEC), and the Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (TIPC) created under RA 10395.
