Ltd. from the 12 December 2014 Order of DOLE Regional Office No. III Mediator-Arbiter Eladio De Jesus, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Office declares a valid certification election and by these presents, certifies Kilusan ng Manggagawang Makabayan (KMM-Katipunan) AAIN Phil. Co. Ltd. Chapter (KMM-AAIN) as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent among all rank-and-file workers of AAIN Phil. Co. Ltd. located at Mahogany Compound, Brgy.
