Buenafe, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered and pursuant to Section 19, Rule IX of Department Order No. 40-03, series of 2003 as amended, it is hereby declared that "CEBU NISICO CORPORATION EMPLOYEES UNION-ALU-TUCP" obtained the majority of the valid votes cast in the certification election.
