SITUATED IN LAGRO, NOVALICHES, CALOOCAN, MALABON, NAVOTAS AND VALENZUELA, ALL IN NCRCOCA-COLA SALES FORCE UNION-PTGWO, petitioner-appellant,COCA-COLA SALES FORCE UNION MEYCAUYAN (CCSUM), intervenor.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Appeal filed by Coca-Cola Sales Force Union-PTGWO from the Order 1 dated 23 June 2017 of DOLE NCR Mediator-Arbiter Cesar P. Petate, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Certification Election filed by CCBPI Sales Force Union-PTGWO is DISMISSED for lack of the 25% support requirement.SO ORDERED.The facts as culled from the records are as follows:On 10 March 2017, CCBPI Sales Force Union-PTGWO 2 filed a petition for certification election 3 (Petition, for brevity) to represent more or less 100 rank-and-file sales field employees of Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, Inc. (CCFPI) in Lagro, Novaliches, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela.
