Dela Rosa, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, petitioner-union CTP Construction Mining Workers Union-NAFLU-KMU is hereby CERTIFIED as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all the rank-and-file employees of CTP Construction and Mining Corporation.SO ORDERED.The facts as culled from the records are as follows:On 16 August 2016, the National Federation of Labor Unions-Kilusang Mayo Uno (NAFLU-KMU), in behalf of CTP Construction Mining Workers Union-National Federation of Labor Unions-Kilusang Mayo Uno 2 (CTPCMWU-NAFLU-KMU, for brevity), filed a petition for certification election 3 among more or less 1,200 rank-and-file employees of CTP Construction and Mining Corporation, an unorganized establishment.
