(Everglory-N.O.W.M., for brevity), through the National Organization of Workingmen 1 (N.O.W.M., for brevity), filed a Petition for Certification Election to represent the more or less 50 regular rank-and-file employees of Everglory Plastic, an unorganized establishment.
