Evangelista-Conge, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition is hereby ordered DISMISSED and DROPPED from the business calendar of this Office.SO ORDERED.The facts as culled from the records are as follows:On 11 July 2017, Everglory Plastic Workers Union-N.O.W.M. (Everglory-N.O.W.M., for brevity), through the National Organization of Workingmen 1 (N.O.W.M., for brevity), filed a Petition for Certification Election to represent the more or less 50 regular rank-and-file employees of Everglory Plastic, an unorganized establishment.
