CORPORATION (EMC), employer.DECISIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Evergreen MFG. Corp. Employees Union-National Union of Building and Construction Workers (EMCEU-NUBCW) from the Order dated 30 March 2015 of DOLE-NCR Mediator-Arbiter Olivia O. Obrero-Samson, the dispositive portion of which reads:WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition for certification election filed by National Union of Building and Construction Workers (NUCBW) is hereby DENIED.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows: On 17 February 2015, National Union of Building and Construction Workers (NUBCW, for brevity) in behalf of Evergreen MFG. Corp.
