November 28, 1994.]IN RE: EXAMINATION OF THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS OF THE KAISAHAN AT KAPATIRAN NG MGA MANGGAGAWA SA MWSS (KKMK-MWSS).O R D E ROn 09 July 1993, this Office issued an order the dispositive portion of which provides:"WHEREFORE, the President, Treasurer, Auditor and Assistant Auditor of the KKMK-MWSS are hereby to account for and general meeting duly called for the purpose, the following""1. The expenditures or disbursements of the union amounting to EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY SIX AND 73/100 (P84,736.73) PESOS, which are hereby declared temporarily disallowed, due to the absence of supporting vouchers and receipts;"2. The deficit of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY ONE AND 26/100(P23,231.26) PESOS."In addition, the concerned officers are also directed to comply with the following:"1. Maintain a columnar book in the double entry bookkeeping system to reflect the daily cash receipts and disbursements incurred;"2. All collection or monies of the union should be deposited at the union's depository bank.
