Obrero Pilipino-Ibiden Chapter is hereby CERTIFIED as the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT of the employees of Ibiden Philippines, Inc. occupying Grades 0.5 and 1.0 positions.Accordingly, Obrero Pilipino-Ibiden Chapter II shall have the rights, privileges and obligations of a duly certified collective bargaining agent from the time this certification is issued. aDSIHcSO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:On 20 June 2013, Obrero Pilipino-Ibiden Chapter II (Ibiden Chapter II, for brevity) filed a Petition for Certification Election 1 among the Grades 0.5 and 1.0 employees of Ibiden Philippines, Inc., (Ibiden Phil., for brevity).
