KING & SONS' PRINCE COURT HOTEL (SITUATED AT HOLYNAME MABOLO, CEBU CITY) AND BEST INN (P. LOPEZ ST., CORNER BALINTAWAK, CEBU CITY)PRINCE COURT WORKERS UNION, petitioner-appellee,J. KING & SONS COMPANY, INC., employer-appellant.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by J. King & Sons Company, Inc. from the Order dated 05 January 2018 of DOLE Regional Office No. VII Circuit Mediator-Arbiter Maria Consuelo S. Bacay, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, the protest filed by J. King & Sons, Inc. is DISMISSED for lack of merit and Prince Court Workers Union (PCWU) is hereby CERTIFIED as the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT of the regular rank-and-file employees of J. King & Sons' Prince Court and Best Inn situated in Holyname Mabolo and P. Lopez cor. Balintawak, Cebu City, respectively.Accordingly, Prince Court Workers Union (PCWU) shall have the rights, privileges and obligations of a duly certified collective bargaining agent from the time this certification is issued.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:J....
