Petaca, the dispositive portion of which reads:WHEREFORE, petitioner Bantay Manggagawa sa Kanumay Metal Craft Corporation cannot be certified as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of the regular rank-and-file employees of Kanumay Metal Craft Corporation.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:On 23 June 2014, Bantay Manggagawa sa Kanumay Metal Craft Corporation (Bantay Manggagawa, for brevity) with Certificate of Registration No. NCR-CFO-UR-06-2014-03 1 dated 02 June 2014, filed a petition for certification election 2 to represent more or less one hundred ten (110) regular rank-and-file employees of Kanumay Metal Craft Corporation (Kanumay, for brevity), an unorganized establishment.
