Avergonzado and his fellow officers are responsible for the moneys paid to the union. As of December, 1991, the total amount of P235,142.18 was paid by CMMO, Inc. to CMMDEU. Having failed to account for the entire amount they should answer for it to the union and its members, less whatever amount that went to the share of the federation SPFL and violated the aforesaid rights and conditions of membership, their expulsion from office is justified."WHEREFORE, this order hereby issued directing Tito P.
