October 10, 2014.](ROXI-DN-CE-05-20-9-13)IN RE: PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION ELECTION AMONG THE REGULAR FACULTY RANK-AND-FILE EMPLOYEES OF SAN PEDRO COLLEGEUNION OF SAN PEDRO COLLEGE FACULTY-ASSOCIATION OF DEMOCRATIC LABOR ORGANIZATIONS (USPCF-ADLO), petitioner-labor union-appellee,SAN PEDRO COLLEGE, INC., employer-appellant.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the appeal filed by San Pedro College, Inc., from the Order dated 28 March 2014 issued by DOLE Regional Office No. XI Mediator-Arbiter Jason P. Balais, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, pursuant to Rule IX of Department Order No. 40-08, Series of 2003, UNION OF SAN PEDRO COLLEGE FACULTY-ASSOCIATION OF DEMOCRATIC LABOR ORGANIZATION (USPCF-ADLO) is hereby certified as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of the REGULAR FACULTY RANK-AND-FILE EMPLOYEES of SAN PEDRO COLLEGE, INC. located at 12C.
