BLANCAFLOR, petitioner-appellee, vs. PEPSI COLA LABOR UNITY AND ITS OFFICERS HEADED BY ITS PRESIDENT, FERNAND n DILAY, respondents-appellants.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Pepsi Cola Labor Unity from the Resolution dated 27 November 2014 issued by DOLE-NCR Mediator-Arbiter Cesar P. Petate, the dispositive portion of which reads:WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Amended Petition is GRANTED. Accordingly, let a Writ of Execution be issued for the collection of petitioner-appellees' retirement benefits from Pepsi Cola Labor Unity (PCLU) amounting to Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00) from each union member in addition to the back benefits due herein petitioner-appellee from the time of his illegal expulsion up to the date of his retirement.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Pepsi Cola Labor Unity (PCLU, for brevity) is a legitimate labor organization duly certified as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of the rank-and-file employees of Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc.
