WORKERS UNION-KATIPUNAN NG MGA SAMAHAN NG MANGGAGAWA (PPIWU-KASAMA), petitioner-appellant,PHILIPPINE PIZZA, INC., employer.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Motion for Partial Reconsideration and the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Philippine Pizza, Inc. and Philippine Pizza, Inc. Workers' Union-Katipunan ng mga Samahan ng Manggagawa, respectively, from our Resolution dated 02 February 2017, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, the Memorandum of Partial Appeal and the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Philippine Pizza, Inc. and Philippine Pizza, Inc. Katipunan ng mga Samahan ng Manggagawa respectively, are DISMISSED. Accordingly, the Order dated 23 February 2016 of DOLE NCR Mediator-Arbiter Joel P. Petaca is AFFIRMED.SO RESOLVED.On 07 March 2017, Philippine Pizza, Inc. (PPI, for brevity) filed a Motion for Partial Reconsideration averring that this Office committed grave reversible error in affirming the Order of the Mediator-Arbiter who ruled that the 165 employees of CBMI are employees of PPI.
