Balena, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, decision is hereby rendered denying the petition for certification election of the Rose Pharmacy Employees' Union-ALU-TUCP (Tacloban City Area).SO ORDERED.The facts as culled from the records are as follows:Rose Pharmacy, Inc.
