Macaraya, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, for failure of the petitioner union to appear in two (2) consecutive conferences scheduled on 19 and 26 July 2017 without any justifiable reason despite due notice, the present petition is hereby DISMISSED.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:On 09 May 2017, Rotopack Manufacturing Corporation Workers Union-NOWM (RMCWU-NOWM), a local chapter of National Organization of Workingmen (NOWM) with Charter Certificate of Registration No. 1132, filed a Petition for Certification Election seeking to represent approximately 80 rank-and-file employees of Rotopack Manufacturing Corporation.
